Our Goal

Grounded in ethical and theological reflection, the Education and Advocacy Program will address peace and justice, human rights, and the integrity of creation at the congregational, national and international levels.

Our current focus is on peace-building, HIV/AIDS and economic justice.

The CWS Education and Advocacy Program seeks to achieve its goal by helping people speak out on key issues to their representatives at Congress, and to other leaders and public policy decision-makers. We frame these issues collaboratively with domestic and international partners. Communions and denominations in the US are primary domestic partners.
