Situation report: Texas summer flooding recovery workshops

Church World Service Emergency Response Specialists (ERS) Lesli Remaly-Netter and Heriberto Martinez are coordinating a series of comprehensive trainings for newly-formed long-term recovery groups in Texas. A number of community and faith-based groups are coming together to address cases of need.

The one-day, “Tools and Training for Recovery” workshops will provide overview and in-depth guidance to leaders and committee members about successful strategies for long-term recovery at the following locations:
