USING THE FILM LIBRARY
You or your group can borrow an audiovisual from the Church World
Service Film & Video Library. We provide an online
order form to make it quick and easy. If you prefer,
you can print out this form and fax or mail it to us.
You can also submit an order by phone or email. If you use these
options, be sure to include your:
- name
- address (street address necessary)
- phone number
- the titles you want to borrow
- the dates you want to use them

We ship most of our audiovisuals by U.P.S. so be sure to include
a street address. If you also have a P.O. Box please include
that, too, as we send our confirmation by regular mail. If you
order using our on-line form, we will respond and let you know
what audiovisuals are available and which are not. Reserve the
title or titles you want as early as possible. They're popular.
So we suggest you order six weeks to a month in advance. And
we'll always send you a written confirmation as soon as your
request is scheduled.
PLEASE NOTE that we can only ship our videos to an address
in the United States.
This on-line listing contains most of our newer audiovisuals and
a few of our older, more popular pieces. We also publish a catalog
of many of the audiovisuals available from the Church World Service
Film & Video Library. For a free copy of our catalog, contact
us or use our catalog order
form.
IT'S FREE...
The only cost to you when you borrow one of our free-loan videos
is the shipping or return postage you pay to send it back. Because
our videos and films are often tightly scheduled, we do ask that
you ship them back NO LATER THAN THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY after
your scheduled screening via United Parcel Service or Priority
Mail.
THINGS YOU CAN'T DO!
Our free-loan audiovisuals may NOT be duplicated, edited, or exhibited
for a fee. Except where noted, they may NOT be broadcast via
TV or cable without written permission from the producer or distributor.
Space doesn't permit us to list the producer or distributor for
each piece in our library. If you need that information on a
particular video or film, please contact the
Church World Service Film & Video Library.
