Primary Purpose:
Responsible for accurate and timely entry of all client data in the Legal Program Data System, and provide administrative and clerical support as requested.
Essential Duties:
- Enter data into the Legal Department CHLP database and work closely with Legal staff, to ensure that data is transferred accurately into the Oracle program.
- Daily review and edit of the Legal Department CHLP database for integrity and uniformity of information.
- Provide administrative and clerical support including answering telephones and assistance with written correspondence.
- Familiarize themselves with the requirements of the grant and the processes and procedures within the office structure needed to implement the program.
- Conduct periodic monitoring of the database to ensure accuracy and produce a written report.
- Work closely with Legal staff and Network Administrator.
- Perform other related duties as requested by the Managing Attorney.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Strong computer literacy required.
- Strong professional ethics and sensitivity in dealing with confidential matters.
- Highly organized, reliable and detail oriented.
Education:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experiences.
Experience:
Previous work experience in data entry and general office work.

Other Skills:
Strong data entry skills and close attention to detail. Spanish or Haitian Creole speaking preferred.
Incumbent is occasionally required to work on weekends and/or after hours to meet deadlines.
