CWS processes all refugees in sub-Saharan
Africa, assisting refugees with documentation, scheduling interviews with Department
of Homeland Security adjudicators, arranging medical examinations, obtaining
sponsorship assurances, conducting cultural orientation classes, and referring
each case to the IOM for transportation to the U.S. once security checks are
cleared.
