Paul Sandifer spent the first few weeks after Hurricane Katrina sleeping
under a tarp in the woods after a tree fell and destroyed his home
near Poplarville, Miss. Thanks to the CWS- Habitat for Humanity International
grant, Sandifer is one of nearly 600 people who will be able to return
home.
