Church World Service real estate fundraiser program

If you or someone you know is buying or selling a home, you can generate funds for the work of Church World Service in the process. And there is no cost to you or to Church World Service. This is possible through a special collaboration with a California real estate company, Century 21 Apollo.

How it works

1. Church World Service has been provided with a specific toll free number and our own extension: 1-800-209-1167, ext. 449.

2. When there is a buyer or seller of real estate anywhere in the nation, the 800-number can be called by the client. By no later than the next business day, a real estate professional will contact the buyer/seller. When the contact results in a closed escrow, 9.4% of the real estate fee will be donated to Church World Service.

3. Remember that if you are either the buyer or the seller you can make this contact in order to receive a donation at the close of escrow. Simply call the 800 number and leave your information. NOTE: Neither the buyer nor the seller can claim this as a tax-deductible contribution.

4. The toll free number can be provided to friends, relatives and acquaintances anywhere in the U.S. since there are real estate professionals in every city and state who are ready to work with you and your contacts.
