Try another Search

All Words:
Use this option to find documents containing all of the words you type into the entry box. For example, if you searched for South Africa, the search results will give you only documents that contain both words.

Any Word:
Use this option to find any of the words typed into the entry box. In this example, if you searched for South Africa, the search results will give you documents containing both words, but also documents containing the words Africa and South.

Also you can try these tips:

Put your most important keywords first in the string.
EXAMPLE: tools Afghanistan
This search is not case sensitive - you can use either upper or lowercase letters to type in a keyword
The ranked results will come from a total match on the words and phrases which you supply, so try to think of several specific terms for your topic and spell them correctly.
When searching a document for the location of your keyword(s), use the "find" command on that page.
